LET’s PUT SMART TO WORK | BRADESCO
IBM’s new 2018 brand campaign with the call to action, "Let's Put Smart to Work," pushes its partners to use technology in ways that help the world work better. In parallel to all the work pushing this message, it was necessary to dive deeper into some examples of how IBM Watson is already helping our partners accomplish this. So we created a content piece with acclaimed documentary filmmaker Errol Morris who approaches his films like a detective might, examining all the evidence, assembling hypotheses, and using decidedly non-documentary approaches like re-enactments, animation and found footage to assemble all the facts for viewers, who are then allowed to draw their own conclusions. Here’s the piece we created for one of IBM’s partners in Brazil, Bradesco Bank.
IBM WATSON + BRADESCO BANK Errol Morris uncovers how a Brazilian bank pays personal attention to each of their 65 million customers. It’s the first Brazilian bank to adopt AI to answer customer queries more efficiently and accurately. Since the implementation, Bradesco has customer satisfaction levels of higher than 85%, with 94% of queries being handled by the virtual agent.
